intel extreme tuning utility benchmark failed

Installing a previous version of Intel XTU that I have saved. Verifed only Windows Defender is running, and no other AV's. What I have tried so far: Uninstall, reinstall XTU more than 5 times, each time rebooting, manually removing the Intel XTU folder under Programs folder in system drive. When I went to install it, it installed smoothly, but once I go to run it, it errors out. I have been noticing my CPU is reaching it's limit with some of these newer games coming out, and I wanted to take advantage of it's OC abilities, I have OC Genie 4, but it's limited in what I can change, so I wanted to try using Intel's utility, and get some more out of my CPU.
